Small program to encode and decode text via ROT13 and ROT47. Useful for ROT13 support in newsgroups when using a newsreader that doesn't support ROT13 encoding, and just kind of fun to mess around with. Supports the Windows clipboard. As with any ROTx algorithm it is NOT INTENDED FOR DATA SECURITY. (It is for casual, non-secure concealment for convenience.) Now supports reading and writing files. Now offers install and uninstall support. Requires the VB 6.0 Runtimes.
